Robert came to inspect the dogs breakfast of a threshold into our new conservatory. My husband had a stroke in January 2017 and was confined to a wheelchair. It was quite impossible to transfer safely from the living room into the conservatory.
Robert measured up the gap into the conservatory and decided that the piece of oak he proposed to fit should be chamfered so that we had a gradual slope to aid both wheelchair and walking access from one room to the other. When he returned to fit the threshold he made a perfect job. Not only was it just what we wanted but the oak chosen was a perfect match to the flooring laid.
In the great scheme of things this was a very small job, but Robert took great care to ensure that we were totally happy with the result. Cannot praise him highly enough.
