Robert travelled over 30 miles to view the job, make a quote and complete the job. Once we agreed on the price and date, Robert bought the materials and completed the job. On site he discovered the merchants had given him the wrong door handle, he went to a local shop and bought the correct one, he made a second trip to buy some wood plinths to ensure the door fitted correctly. He cleared up and left no evidence of the work he had completed.
I asked him if he was able to complete a second job for me, which he agreed to do. Again, he gave me a quote, bought the replacement light fitting and returned to complete the job. This took him longer than anticipated due to the cold weather (the light was outside) but mainly because there was a fault in the electrical fitting which he was unaware of, it was only after he had completed the job that he realised there was an electrical fault which he wasn’t able to pinpoint at that time.
Robert completed both job to the highest standard, I was very pleased with his standard of work and prompt response to my queries.
