Job of the Year

Huge congratulations to Ellouise Hempstead and her MyBuilder tradesman Martin Robinson of MJO Limited, in Lincolnshire.

Ellouise nominated Martin for the expertise, dedication, energy and generosity he brought to her challenging renovation project.

“Martin has taken our dream and made it his own. He’s worked with us to understand what we need, what we want, and what we’d love (but don’t think we can afford) and he’s helped us to make those things a reality. He’s an honest and reliable builder, who cares about his customers, and wants their project to be a success.”

Refurbish kitchen / bathroom & wider redecorating

Southsea

My house was in severe need of modernising, with the kitchen in particular an ode to the 70's! During a two-month period Rob worked tirelessly, even roping in his girlfriend to help strip wallpaper at one point. I cannot believe the transformation that my house has undergone and all thanks to Rob and his work ethic; a new kitchen, bathroom, living room, as well as repainting the outside of the back of the house, the front door and hall.

Rob was brilliant to work with, very professional, extremely flexible and accommodating as the job evolved, with excellent communication throughout the project. He even fitted around my schedule to meet me on Saturday mornings each week to discuss progress. Considering this was the largest job that Rob had undertaken, the quality of what was achieved was excellent and the amount of work achieved in a relatively short time frame was impressive.

Upon completion of the work Rob left my house in immaculate condition, even disposing of unwanted furniture for me. I will most certainly be using Rob again and indeed have already discussed my aspirations for the remaining rooms in the house. I would recommend Rob for any job no matter the size. I am extremely pleased.
