My tradesman Nick Tarrant has done a brilliant job of installing an extra cloakroom in my conservatory/lean to. I had limited space but wanted an extra loo for when visitors were down and also to save traffic through the bungalow when I am in the garden. It all had to be plumbed into the mains sewerage system which meant digging down at least 5 and half feet. It was a difficult job because of limited space. He did an excellent job in installing the sanitary ware and built stud walls arouund. He also, installed a light and shaver point for me. Once painted one would never know that it had been added.
In the recent past he has also carried out larger jobs for me. He relocated and redesigned a bathroom and separate shower which included taking a wall down and reinstating it elsewhere, moving the old radiates and replacing it in a different place with a towel rail and tiling walls and floor. This was a large project which took two weeks.
I always feel comfortable with him n the house which is a big plus for me as I live alone. Also he always sticks to his quote and always sticks to the time quoted. He always starts and finishes the job without leaving in between to work elsewhere like a some builders. His tiling expertise is excellent and he has also done a lot of tiling elsewhere for me in my sun room and conservatory. He is honest and takes pride in his work and is a very tidy worker. He is also considerate to the clients needs and includes the client in decisions about the ongoing work. He responds very promptly If there are any problems afterwards without fuss or charge. I can rely on him completely to do a good job and to charge a fair price. I would not hesitate to call him in for an emergency plumbing job. I feel very lucky to have found him.
