This was a very difficult job on a stone wall cottage built in 1832. The plaster and render had broken down and there was obvious signs of damp penetration to the house. Colin stripped the walls and did an exemplary job that was made more difficult by the fact that there was an area that hadn't "taken" and needed to be stripped away again and redone. This meant Colin had to call back a few weeks later at no additional cost and the end result was perfect, impeccable workmanship. Never a complaint or a moan, always friendly and amenable, I was delighted that he was the man I'd hired.
