Craig whilst repairing / replacing our Mira Vie shower unit picked up that the RCB unit in the shower had been blown. This he found strange and very unusual. Through phoning other contacts of his that are electricians, at least 2 for further advice checked further sockets in our house. He then found that there was an unusually high voltage surging through the sockets as well as another couple of issues. He also took further advice again from other professional colleagues. On the day he changed over the shower unit but refused to take any payment from us for the job until he was sure everything was safe for me and my family including our 2 year old. He advised to call out Scottish power due to the unsafe levels. Scottish power attended and fixed the detected problems. Craig had called a couple of times for updates on the problems that were ongoing. I kept Craig updated and he managed to switch some jobs around to be able to come back to my job in order to complete it. 2 days later Craig returned and finished the job and also replaced a couple of the sockets for the original quoted price. I think Craig went above the call of duty, as well as attended twice for a job that should have been completed in an hour. He also incurred extra costs completing which he absorbed himself. Craig - Thank you very much
