Ronny was a pleasure to have over, he came over at little notice and was good about keeping me informed, honest about the expected costs, and went more than being polite to building a genuine rapport with us.
He went out of his way to personally drive around local hardware shops in order to find a replacement tap that matched our current ones and was insistent on the provision of receipts and the lack of need to pay for the fuel and trouble he went to in going above and beyond what was necessary.
It's rare to find someone as immediately likeable and trustworthy as Ronny and his advice and the way he conducts himself is a credit to the trade. I would have expected to have paid a lot more for good sound advice.
