I'm a real lover of everything tech, but not so good with diy. So when I bought a nest thermostat I thought I would be able to handle the installation, wrong! I was way out of my comfort zone, on the verge of having no heating or hot water, I searched for hours for someone to come fit it for me, every tradesman I tried was either too busy, had a bad attitude or was trying to rip me off. Then I found the team from Raymond's company. They were amazingly helpful, polite and I instantly trusted them. They understood my situation, and fitted around my needs entirely. They were at my house within 30 mins, accepted payment over the phone and emailed me a receipt. The engineer had a huge headache fitting the system to my central heating (I'm so glad I didn't do it or I'd still have no heating now) what was meant to be an hours job, took 4 (no fault of the tradesman) he wasn't rushed, wouldn't give up until he had worked out the problem and had the whole system working as intended, used extra parts and spent. Ore time with me than he should have and at no extra cost at all. After he installed the system he spent time with me setting the best up and making sure I knew exactly how to work it, even solving a problem with it connecting to my wifi. He didn't leave until 7 at night, and all while he was trying to complete on buying his first house.
I have always been uncomfortable with tradesmen, and never felt that I could trust them until I found this company! They have shown me that there are good honest tradesmen and women out there that I can trust, and they are a credit to their industry. If only everyone was so focused on providing their customers such outstanding service, I can't thank them enough for their help and attention to detail.
