My boyfriend Mike bought his first house over two years ago. It needed to be fully renovated but due to postings across the country with the Army, the house and garden had been left untended to. I met Mike in November 2012 and after only 3 months of dating he got his notice to deploy to Afghanistan for 6 months! in the last month with an average of 18 hour days we managed to do the majority of renovation works to the house, this included actually having a flushing toilet!. I have been doing jobs that i can do on my own (to keep me busy whilst he is away) but really want to give him amazing garden for his return but i really don't know where to start...the patio slabs are broken or missing, the fence on the right of the garden is being held up by next doors plants and the old Victorian shed (i'm assuming previous outside toilet) is falling apart not to mention the the mini skate park you make with the various mounds in the lawn which is full of every weed you can imagine.
I would love to have the help i need to give Mike the garden he deserves, i want him to have somewhere he can relax and enjoy when he is back from Afghanistan without having to worry what he has to fix next. :0
