My son and I moved into a rented apartment with this garden in November. My landlord, although a likeable man, has still not done what he has promised all along to do - to send a couple of gardeners to sort the garden out for me. I am now fed up of asking him.
The main area needs rotavated (or so I have been told) and then an area of grass in its place would be great - I would happily maintain that. So far I have managed to dig out an area in which I have planted some flowers and vegetables but there is just no way I can do much with the bulk of the area in this state. The greenhouse a few panes of glass left - not ideal anyway with a young child playing in the garden. Ideally I would like it to be covered in some sort of child friendly clear plastic. I want my garden to be a child friendly area, with room to play and space for me to grow some (more) vegetables. Nothing too high maintenance. Surely that is not too much to ask?
