My name is Lorraine and I have lived in my house for almost three years.
I live on my own and have always had to work hard and learn as many skills as I can to make my house into a home.
I have never been in a position where I could afford to do some work in my garden as I had a flood in my bathroom which meant I had to use what little money I had saved to repair the damage caused.
I have always worked full time until recently when I discovered I now have an aneurysm in my head which means I am now on long term sickness and half pay.
I would dearly love to be able to tidy my garden and have a nice place to sit out in. At the moment my only ornaments in the garden are a pile of bricks, an old concrete mixer which I inherited and an old bath tub.
I did plant some seeds last year to try to disguise the mess but they never grew.
If I won a makeover it would be lovely to see flowers and a proper lawn.
This would give me such a boost.
