Mr K M Baxter

Norwich

My back garden needs a makeover because since I took par ownership of the bungalow together with my dad who is sadly is known n full time dementia care home and I could not get the back garden in a decent low maintenance garden .
I was previously my late mother Carer until she passed away in February 2012 and I have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety ,mood swings ,so I have to be take 40 mg of citalapran tablets daily and then I became my dad main Carer as well holding down a full time job until I got my flexible working hours accepted for working only 4 days a week from Sunday to Wednesday inclusive.
Then I decided to apply for a whole year (unpaid for the whole 12 months ,except for 6 weeks holiday pay), so I could get some time for my self, until I sold our bungalow in Surrey within 1 day from an open house event and I finally took ownership of the 1930's bungalow in Hoveton Norwich Norfolk on 22/4/2016 and I had to get the bungalow sorted within a fortnight, by organising home care services to assist me with the care that my dad needed in readiness for his arrival at the bungalow 2 weeks later traveling up from the rest spite care home in Surrey being brought up to Hoveton Norwich Norfolk by my older sister .
During my carers leave I had decided to add on my 6 month (including 6 weeks paid holiday ) paid subapical leave as I completed my 26 years service with my current employer and I had medically signed off my doctor since 01/10/2017, due to my depression anxiety symptoms were starting to return .
My current line manager (which I had not work under him ) had decided not to authorise to end my employment by giving me a 3 month paid notice because I previously turn down a offer of employment which was not capitable with my carers duties ,so that I can then start the process for getting my health retirement pension, so I had a meeting with the manager of Waitrose North Walsham who listen to my situation and decided to offer a pernament job for me and I started the job on Wednesday 11/4//2018 and the same days and times every week (Wednesday , Thursday, Friday) in the afternoon and he will give me the first refusal of offering me more hours when come available.
So I think that this will be a fitting tribute for me and my sisters can remember our dad when we sit out in the garden, I had got done the front and both sides of the bungalow with paving, but the back had to be left alone and I hope that you can find it in your heart ,that you can help my dreams to come true, thanks for reading my story why I need a back garden make over
