My son Jacob needs a garden makeover because he is a special needs deaf young man who lives alone in a flat with a large patch of boring grass to look after. He works part time at the local primary school as a lunch time supervisor and the school children walk past his flat and garden waving at him on their way home. He wants it to look nice. He has planted two fruit trees and has some accidental bluebells which he's pleased about but he is limited with strength and balance so I end up struggling with mowing weeds for him. It would be fantastic if his garden was planted and made easy for him.

I have known Jacob since he was very small and I cannot think of a more deserving candidate for this wonderful prize.

Jacob is my lovely grandson and has overcome many adversities since he was born with lots of problems. A very worthy candidate🧡
