A year ago, when I retired, I realised a dream and moved from the South of England to Scotland. We have a beautiful bungalow in Carnoustie and finally I had a garden I could spend time in. Unfortunately, the onset of arthritis and a painful spine has meant that i am very limited in what I can do. My beautiful borders are packed now with wild hyacinths, wild garlic and dandelions and I feel that a planned, workable garden would mean I can still do some gardening with enjoyment rather than worry! It is all a bit beyond me at the moment!

All that hard work is paying off.

Dear JeanAnne deserves this help to make her garden manageable and enjoyable for her. She somehow is able to keep a sense of humour through many trials and tribulations. A practical garden would be the icing on her cake having fulfilled her dream of retiring to Scotland.
