Its just got too much for me no matter how hard I try, hubby is a Marie Curie nurse, works nightshift and just too tired to work in garden, I have retired from my nursing job due to ill health and keep trying to stay on top of the garden. Hubby built the best, strongest decking ever. But the cupernol I put on has not stayed, its all patchy, last year I was on hands and knees with a paint scraper trying to get the rest of it off, had to give up so it looks a terrible mess. I feed the birds and love watching them but the seeds drop onto the chuckie stones and then grass and stuff grows, again, hands and knees with wee fork digging them out all year. Our birch tree is massive, scared it will blow over into next door and again can't cut it, don't want to kill it but it needs to trim - a lot. I have a greenhouse, home to wee moosies:-) at the moment, but will get tomatoes and things to plant in there. the fruit trees are in pots, may need replanted but too heavy for me. I'm sure there will be more deserving cases but I had to give it a try. thanks for reading (there is a lot more I could tell you) and will keep my fingers crossed. Carole
