Our garden is currently used as a dog poop area, for pony grazing, and has huge bare patches from where the trampoline and swing set are. We are needing a wheelchair friendly garden now so that my daughters’ granny can come to visit and enjoy outdoor time with her granddaughters in the summer.

Granny has an inoperable brain tumour and although she is stable otherwise at the moment, the tumour could grow at any time and cause her to deteriorate further. Our daughters are 9 and 6 and are at the stage of discovering movement for enjoyment through gymnastics, cycling, horse riding or athletics and enjoy telling granny all about their efforts, but have said that they would love granny to be there to watch them do things. A garden makeover would allow us to bring granny to the girls garden where she could enjoy the gymnastics shows they love to put on, or meet the ponies, or just enjoy an alfresco dinner with her family.
