Huge congratulations to Megan Rees from Oxford who entered the competition hoping to change the life of her three year old daughter Ariella.
Ariella has severe disabilities, she was given a 10% chance of survival at birth and has beaten the odds. Her parents have had to give up work to provide round the clock care for her as her needs are so complex.
Ariella currently has nowhere safe to play outside and can’t even go to the park as it is too risky for her.
We are very excited to begin the transformation and give Ariella beautiful garden to play in. Watch this space!

This prize would mean the world to me as my garden is one large building site. I employed a builder who advertised on your site and he started work in December last year . He worked a whole week the first week then had almost 3 weeks off for Christmas he then came back completed 3 days and I have not seen him since. He has not made any attempt to contact me I have been chasing him for weeks I had a text off him about 4 weeks ago to say he had been ill and the weather has been too bad to work. I then managed to get a reply to a text I sent him saying that he would be with me last week but he did'nt turn up. Since then I have sent him text messages, left voice mails on his mobile his advertised land line rings disconnected. I have already paid him 5,500 pounds and all I have is a hole in the garden which I can't get up to because he has dug out some of my steps.I am not very good on my feet as I have arthritis and wanted new steps and my garden levelled in the hope of being able to enjoy the garden in the summer plant lovely shrubs and grow some of my own veg. This garden was something I was really looking forward to using so much so that I used all of my savings to pay for it and now I don't even know if the builder is coming back as he is not answering any of my calls or texts. Winning would mean I could at least have steps put back and maybe tidy up a bit of the mess he's left.
