Huge congratulations to Megan Rees from Oxford who entered the competition hoping to change the life of her three year old daughter Ariella.
Ariella has severe disabilities, she was given a 10% chance of survival at birth and has beaten the odds. Her parents have had to give up work to provide round the clock care for her as her needs are so complex.
Ariella currently has nowhere safe to play outside and can’t even go to the park as it is too risky for her.
We are very excited to begin the transformation and give Ariella beautiful garden to play in. Watch this space!

I'd love to win this competition as my baby son and I love our garden but I've reached a point where I can't do anymore myself without spending money which I don't have! I've worked really hard in my garden, chopping down an out of control hebe and replacing unstable rock walls with free wooden planks to make the garden safe for my curious toddler. This is my first garden and I so want a usable beautiful space to relax in. I've bought heavy duty gardening gloves and am attempting to conquer my fear of spiders so I can keep on top of weeds and planting. I've half painted my fencing but have been thwarted by a couple of old stumps which I can't get out without machinery.
I'm just at the point where a grand and some professional assistance would be ideal. Please vote for me and my son! :)
