Huge congratulations to Megan Rees from Oxford who entered the competition hoping to change the life of her three year old daughter Ariella.
Ariella has severe disabilities, she was given a 10% chance of survival at birth and has beaten the odds. Her parents have had to give up work to provide round the clock care for her as her needs are so complex.
Ariella currently has nowhere safe to play outside and can’t even go to the park as it is too risky for her.
We are very excited to begin the transformation and give Ariella beautiful garden to play in. Watch this space!

Firstly thank you in advance for considering us for this prize.
We bought our first home together recently and have already spent unexpected costs on the property such as rewire and central heating system. Costs that not only unexpected but also very expensive, blowing our budget within the first few months!
As a result we are unable to invest the much needed time and expense into giving our garden the makeover it desperately reqiures, as we don't have the funds available.
The house we bought to start a family, to date has given us nothing but stress and continues bad news, surely the grass must be greener down the line! (No pun intended)
Having the opportunity for some TLC on our garden will enable us to reflect upon the difficult times we've had with the property and know that luck is on our side. In addition to my daughter and puppy being able play in a safe area as apposed to a death trap! The previous owners planted thorn bushes in the garden?! Why?!
Anywho's this is our submission and we're hoping for some luck to finally come our way!
