Apologies for the sob story you are about to hear but after scrimping to get ourselves on the housing ladder 2 weeks before Christmas last year, our first home flooded. My life is now a living nightmare let alone my poor kitchen, damaged by dirty sewage water, it smells rotten and looks even worse. The walls are cracking and no appliances work. People who know me know how much pride I took in keeping my home fresh and clean, now it can only be described as a rotting dump. Budgets are very very stretched being first time buyers less than 8 weeks ago and now facing this heartbreaking event (plus you've probably spyed the antique flood standing boiler that also needs sorting) :(
Please help me get through this living nightmare and give me back one room of my lovely home.
