I've got this kitchen that needs help, the place is falling down,
It's got that bad we can't have friends, as they all look and frown.
We've lived her now for 13 years and things are getting worse,
This house that Jack's built is all worn out, I'm sure it's got a curse.
I have to leave the room when I want to sneeze or cough,
Because every cupboard, every door is nearly falling off.
The ceiling has all holes in it from the shower that once leaked,
Water gushing everywhere, the wife, well she freaked.
Artex walls - you serious? 1980's not,
Mouldy sink, vile paint this place is just a grot!
We'd love to call this place our home but it's just a house,
It's not a kitchen for 2 kids, a man and his spouse.
Money's tight we've really tried to do it on our own,
But times are hard, we've give up now, we'd never get that loan
Please help us to have a house that we can call a home,
So we can have our breakfast, dinner without a single moan
