Bognor Regis

Our builder has left us homeless for nearly a year after starting our dual storey extension. We are at our wits end with trying to rectify his awful work which needs pulling down and starting again but as he took most of our money, we have very little to even get the house habitable, let alone fit a bathroom. As time goes on, our home is becoming damaged by water as the roof is not complete and parts of the house that weren't to be touched as part of the build are now damaged, with some cellings needing removing and re plastering due to water and mould damage. We feel really let down by trading standards who have said they are unable to help us.

Myself, husband and 2 young boys (6&3) would love be able to move back home. We have been left with very little money by our fraudulent builder and now have to remove and rebuild what the builder had started. We have no where near enough money to complete our build but having a bathroom installed would mean we could move home quicker. We currently we have no water, no gas, no staircase, no windows/doors, no roof tiles, no bathroom/toilet or kitchen 😩

The bathroom space in our home holds a very special memory as this is where our first son was born, in an unplanned, unexpected and very speedy delivery. We had that bathroom removed as part of our extension plans, only for this memory to be ruined by the builder and we obviously haven't yet been able to rebuild/fit the bathroom.

Thank you for reading.
