Due to lack of funds I agreed to my nephew who was a newly qualified tiler and his friend a plumber fitting a new bathroom suite for me.

Its a disaster. None of the tiles meet. The are big gaps along the floor and walls which they have filled with grout!

The bath doesn't drain and is fitted too high for the side and end panels. I have tried gluing it on, have glued a sponge inside it, taped it to the wooden frame, nothing works so I have given up and taken it off. When it was on, because it wasn't secure and didn't fit, it blew loose in the wind when the window was open and has cracked and split.

The shower doesn't work as they wired it incorrectly.

The basin taps are set at an angle and swivel around.

You can see all of the pipework, which was meant to be hidden.

The outlet pipe for the toilet is covered in cement and looks grubby and nasty.

The radiator was fitted too low so the pipes are bent.

I have complained but it is causing a rift with my sister, I also paid them upfront so can't get my money back as they spent it on a holiday.

My bathroom is a disaster and I can't afford to have it re done.
