James Breadmore

In 2007 me and my partner bought our first house. It was a brand new David Wilson homes property and to say we were excited would be an understatement. On our move in day we turned up and the monies had been transferred and I was waiting with anticipation in the sales room to be taken to my property. When being escorted to the house everything seemed fine until I walked in and found several tradesman still working. I was told it was not ready and would not be for a while. I was taken back to the sales room where after serious discussions with the area manger and builders I was packed off to a cheap hotel for 3 nights. To make it worse it was 4 days before Christmas. When returning to the property you could see that it was rushed and for several months after we had tradesman back to fix up their bodge jobs. Nothing was perfect from holes in the ceiling to floor boards needing replacing as well as leaking in the shower ensuite. We have never had money to out this right and now with 2 children it would mean so much to have it done. The shower tray was fitted incorrectly so the water flows out. The walls have cracks and water is leaking into the walls. It's impossible to clean and tiles have cracked. The tapping has popped and the ceiling is cracking as well as an ever lasting bodge job on the floor tiles when attempting to fill in the gaps. I hope when you see the pictures although not great and more visible in person you see how much we are in dire need of this make over and it would mean so much to me and my family to have this small but much needed bathroom made over.
