Paula Cowie

I bought a flat to return to the North East 10 years ago, unfortunately I done so without viewing the property before the purchase! The level of workmanship in a 'newly renovated' property is diabolical and I am trying to do jobs as I am able whilst raising a family.
The sink is hanging off the wall, the bath is unsteady and not lined up in the corner so we have huge gaps between the bath and wall, the toilet waste pipe was fitted too low and I've had to take the flooring up following a major waste leak some time back (there is a hole drilled into the floorboard and a piece of wood lifting the waste pipe!), the bath panels do not fit properly, the shower and lighting have been installed on too low voltage so lights keep blowing and you cannot have consecutive showers....unless you want a cold shower (?!). I could go on though I'm sure you get the picture, in fact look at the photo.
