I don't know where to begin with highlighting how devastatingly desperate we are for a bathroom makeover. Could it be the old shower curtain, hanging on to the ceiling rail for dear life? Could it be the plain white tiles (which over the years have turned cream coloured) half way up the walls, so uneven that if you rolled a rolling pin over them you'd make a sound not too dissimilar to a race at the grand national? It might even be the old mirror? The only mirror in the house that makes me cry because of its sorry attempt to brighten up the room, and not because of the person looking back at me! In fact, I know for sure that the main reason a makeover would do the room the world of good is because we could finally get rid of the red carpet, half of which covers the side of the bath! HELP!
