Charles arrived when he said he would and got straight onto the job, he removed the old faulty radiator and replaced it with a new one. Unfortunately, I was not able to be present due to work commitments and my wife dealt with him. She said that he was a polite and obviously competant young man, he worked well, and was very pleasant. He left the house as neat and tidy as he found it and also disposed of the old radiator and fittings. David, executed our boiler service very well as it seemed not to have been serviced recently by the last owners of our house. He also removed a radiator in our daughters bedroom and replaced it with a 1200 x 600 double radiator, but also had to do additional work to reinforce the mounting brackets as our stud wall was not in the best condition. Daniel was brilliant. He came to service my boiler. He communicated with me giving me a time slot so that I didn’t have to sit in all day he messaged me 20minutes before arriving exactly when he said would. Came in serviced the boiler in the exact timelines he had outlined. Kept me informed through out and answered some questions I had on how to make my boiler run efficiently.
