Elliot was very professional when arranging the quote and the job details. He was the first person to give us a quote but the price sounded quite reasonable and he seemed trustworthy, so we gave him a shot. We managed to arrange a date for the job quite quickly, which is good because some tradesmen take a long time to be available for smaller jobs or they keep cancelling, but Elliot was very reliable. On the day we arranged he came on time, he took his time to do things properly and not rush it, and he was very clean afterwards (which again, it's not always the case). He did a good and meticulous job, and we were glad we went with him in the end. We were looking for a trustworthy carpenter or handyman since we are expanding our family soon and we don't have time to do things around the house ourselves as it stands, so we will definitely contact him again whenever we need it
