I needed a carpenter quickly to ease a large wooden garden gate that would not open as it was swollen and to adjust a shed door that had dropped. Also to create two new small doors fitting at the bottom of a BBQ area. Armando replied immediately to my request and indeed came round that night (Friday) to review the job. He gave me a quote and came Sunday to do the job having bought all the materials he needed. It was freezing and he worked solidly for almost 4 and a half hours and did a very good job including painting the new doors and where he had repaired the gate. He came back today to finish the painting. I found Armando to be punctual, polite, courteous and reasonable. His work was good and I have now asked him to do more work for me when the weather is warmer.

Fatos was an excellent choice. We agreed on a price and a date that was within the week and the price was very reasonable. Fatos also did an extra job for that he didn't charge me for even after I offered to pay him for. I was so pleased with Fatos job and experience that I am going to hire him to do more jobs for me. He was definitely one of the good ones excellent workmanship and trustworthy

Gjon and his son Julian did an amazing job tiling our kitchen floor. They were prompt in communications and completed the job within the agreed time. Left the job clean and tidy after themselves. Will probably hire them again to install a splashback later on in the project.

offered me useful advice related to the structural framework of my bay window which was in question as it had moved away from the building ever so slightly. Very responsive and communicated well which is what you want from a tradesman. I asked for additional work to be carried out that included sealing bathroom worktop, sanding down and improving the surface together with cutting out a peice of wood to make my boiler more accessible. This was completed to a neutral standard as the finish I was expecting was to be better with a cleaner finish also. Overall the job was positive, thank you very much.

Giani and his colleague repaired our wall beautifully for a reasonable price. He talked us through the issues that caused the wall to fail and explained what needed doing. He started the job the next morning arriving promptly and then went about the job with care and pride. I can whole heartedly recommend AGB Construction to anyone looking for builders with good communication, a sincere pride in their work and honest fair pricing.
