Date was arranged in diary to complete the job that I was requesting, Mark arranged two of his work team to arrive for 8am & job to be completed in one day. The workmen where on time and worked very efficient & very tidy with there work . I was very happy with the dismantlement of our steam shower & unit & replacement with new bath , bath screen , mixer taps & tiling . The job itself was far from straight forward but they were able to deal with all the difficulties a tenement flat provides. I am delighted with the final result. Anthony and Patrick were pleasant to deal with and were always punctual. They had to come back on several occasions due to Wren continually providing damaged doors but didn’t complain or charge extra. They also hung some lights for me and fixed some radiators. Used them for a full bathroom renovation and they turned up everyday at their promised time and worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy with the outcome. Nothing was ever a problem for them - even when changing my mind last minute, several times. They were professional, approachable and friendly. We never felt awkward as they continuously engaged in conversation and kept us in the loop with what was happening. Kenny and Alan were quick to spot some issues in our bathroom that we had no idea were happening, they sorted this and not once asked for anything over the original quote. Two genuine, hardworking guys that we would trust to do any job around the home and already have several lined up for them. New build houses, extensions and major renovations from fitted kitchens and bedrooms, roofs to floors and also external works like decking and fences. I’ve also done work on 5 star hotels like Trump Turnberry and the Seamill Hydro hotel.
Get in touchWe had a problem with our bathroom, whereby a shower had been leaking into the floor and sub floor for some years. The first company called saw an insurance job for pensioners and stated it was a major refurb with complete new floor, re- tiling and a bill in the £4000- 5000 range. Enter Steve who was confident it was a more localised problem requiring reinstatement of the floor and joists under the shower and replaced shower and screen plus a small tiling repair, he quoted around a third of the previous estimate and said possibly a day and a half labour. Once agreed he arrived promptly keeping in contact beforehand to keep us updated and did all as required to a good standard with a two man team, taking around five hours longer than forecast . He didn't charge more than the quote, did a good job and has agreed to more work around our house. What impressed me most was the care they took of our home throughout the job and the removal of the debris as standard.
