Very communicative on the phone, keeping in touch, etc etc. On the day of the job, he turned up on time, world extremely hard and has absolutely gone above and beyond. Very happy and much better priced than others in my opinion. I will definitely hire this man again in the future, if required.

Many years ago I did most of the re-roofing of the arcade on Saltburn pier.

Tom and his team were excellent , the quote was fair and all works done in time and left my property clean giving me good advise where needed to make my property Gas safe. I would always recommend Tom and hope will be using him in the future for all my works.
I had booked Stephen to carry out a job and had agreed a date and time for him to come round to carry out the works. Following an email exchange the morning of the job, he informed me he wouldn't be in the area until 2 hours after the agreed time. He then didn't show up at all. I have had no communication from him since to either apologise or rearrange the job.
