Full rebuild of a Victorian mews home, including full front elevation, building an extra floor and all associated planning. Chris from Sand Architects was professional from the start, and brought really innovative ideas to the table. He doesn’t come across as your stereotypical architect, but more like talking with a friend who shares your vision. He then goes away and creates designs that are true to what you want, whilst pushing the boat out in ways you gladly take on board. He prepared plans that went through planning successfully, even with the plans going to committee. He helped me create my vision, whilst offering suggestions to both ease construction and create a home for the rest of my life. Outsourcing the process to him was the best decision I made in this project as he kept on top of it, was great with comms, and kept pushing it through planning which took that headache away from me. Needless to say, I’d recommend their services to anyone. Especially if you’re looking for something slightly quirky, but keeping within planning regulations. I was hesitant to hire an architect for this project, but I am very glad I did, and I’m especially happy I hired him.

Mark gave us some really sound, in depth advice about the sort of ballpark costs we would be looking at, and the sort of duration we'd expect for our proposed build. He had some fantastic ideas to take us beyond what we'd originally had in mind, and his experience and professionalism shone through in these ideas. In the event, for a number of reasons, we have decided to park our plans for our kitchen remodelling for now, but we look forward to working with Mark in the future. His work speaks for itself... Enclosure Architects do some beautiful, inspiring work, and Mark is a very nice guy.

Hi, Rustem had been liaising with me, to complete and submit the drawings for our Outbuilding project/planning permission. He proposed some brilliant ideas, and helped submit the application. I have discovered Rustem to be very friendly, would strongly recommend him. Rustem made sure that all pre-requisites to submit the application were met. Did the drawings and looked after submitting for planning permission. We’re having a large dormer added to our bungalow to add a second floor. Dom had some great ideas and we’re really happy with the plans he’s drawn up. He looked after all the dealings with the council, which made things very easy for us. Very friendly & professional and clearly takes pride in his work. The drawings were done within a few days of his site visit and all at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend Dom to anyone.
