They worked very closely with me and managed to get council approval of our plans in a very short time . Further they have also have produced building regulations which I am tendering out to seek suitable builder for my extension. Latest review:Architecture-We embarked on the project to convert garage, small extension and remodel the ground floor. After speaking to many other Architects from on here we decided to go ahead with Sevda. We feel lucky to have picked Sevda. She is excellent, very professional, on top of the job always, very efficient and preempted things which we would have otherwise overlooked. She helped us getting the planning permission when our first PD application got rejected. She went an extra mile every time to get the things moving. We would highly recommend Sevda.

We found the whole experience easy and all our explanations and ideas were communicated on the drawings. Chris is very approachable and his communication is excellent. He in fact provided so many ideas, that in the end we went with his suggestions we originally did not think of. At every stage of the application he has provided sound advice and contingencies we should look out for. Chris clearly shows a passion for his work and what you require. Starting a new family and new to the area, our plans for our dream house was very close to us and Chris and CDRC has provided us with the reassurance that we are in safe hands and our dream house can be realised. Furthermore, I like the way they work and do not take a penny of you until the drawings have been complete and submitted to the council, they even pay the council fee on your behalf up front!
