Latest review:Architecture-It has been an absolute pleasure working with Irene for our house redevelopment project (loft conversion and major rear extension). She has struck a really good balance of listening to our thoughts and suggestions whilst bringing really interesting and creative ideas, using her expertise. In particular Irene has a really good eye for how and when to deploy some design flair to a project to bring some individuality in a cost conscious way. Her fees have been very reasonable for the quality of service provided and we feel lucky that we were able to work with her at the start of her journey setting up her own business as I'm sure she will be extremely over subscribed in the near future! We would wholehearted recommend her.

Latest review:Architecture-I contacted Marius because he had good reviews and wanted someone reliable and capable so design a single story extension with large external and internal bifold doors. I wasn’t disappointed - Marius has been excellent throughout the whole design process and produced drawings to a high standard which met our requirements. Marius was an excellent communicator and always available to give advice when required. Further more, he went out of his way to contact local authorities regarding any questions I had at no extra cost to clarify any uncertainties. I would highly recommend his architectural services - he was good value and very professional.
This Architect was friendly at first contact and seemed genuinely interested and capable of the job of designing a double storey rear extension and a single storey side extension. From the first formal meeting however, things went downhill. In initial sketches she forgot to include the agreed study and spent most of the meeting explaining her way out of that. Beyond that, her ideas lacked any real value or imagination. So, we decided to be proactive & offer more guidance by sending her a sketch of a layout we liked. At our next design meeting, she forgot to include a window in one of the rooms and a door in the side extension. She also failed to look at the sketches we sent, though they were sent to her with ample time to view. The other thing that stood out was her preoccupation with racing from one payment milestone to the next despite very little progress being made. I had to remind her on one occasion that we were still in the design stages & needed to have completed each stage before moving on to the next. Unfortunately I had to cut our losses & terminate her contract after 4 weeks of lacklustre work & little progress. Based on my my experience with her I cannot recommend this architect. For what it is worth, she may be a fit for some other client and my poor experience with her, an isolated one.
