NAPIT are a Government approved registration body for the Electrical Industry. Comprised of NAPIT Registration, Certification, Services, Inspection, Training, and the NAPIT Trade Association, the NAPIT Group has been established for over 20 years.
What do they do for consumers?
NAPIT run the ElectricSafe register and aims to ensure that consumers have access to competent, professional and qualified electricians.
What do they do for members?
NAPIT Certification operate a UKAS-accredited Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) for renewable energy installers.
NAPIT membership offer installers a wide range of member benefits including NAPIT Training which provides courses to help tradespeople gain industry-recognised qualifications and NAPIT Insurance, who offer a comprehensive insurance service.
Competent Persons Scheme
NAPIT Registration provides membership to a Government-approved Competent Person Schemes (CPS) for Building Regulations in England and Wales for installers working in the electrical, plumbing, heating and ventilation industries.
