Mr Morrey has been absolutely fantastic! I bought a house in February which needed a whole list of jobs doing to it. Not knowing many tradesman I was sceptical about being able to find a trustworthy and honest skilled person to carry out the works. I felt like I had landed on my feet with Mr Morrey. I trusted him and he did the jobs for a reasonable price. Mr Morrey advised on the best solutions to any problem areas in my house and completed a DPC, refelted my roof and replaced the tiles, rebuilt/repaired my collapsed chimney. All works have been carried out more than satisfactorily and he was just a pleasure to have around to help on the jobs i needed doing. i have recommended him to family and friends and I would certainly recommend to anyone reading this.

Norjan Properties carried out extensive roof renovations to our Grade II listed building. From the outset Norman maintained a highly efficient line of communication which continued throughout;at no point were we forced to chase him on any matter. As expected with any work to an old building additional work became evident,this could not have been anticipated prior to commencement of the job.At each stage we were fully informed of what was required and the resultant cost,which,as with the original quote, was kept reasonable.With the building being listed,Norman confidently & effectively liaised with the Conservation dept,allowing the job to move forward.We did encounter a delay in the final element of the build, completely out of Norman’s control, which resulted in all work stopping. Norman kept us informed of the progress & maintained the scaffolding in situ,thus avoiding the extra costs associated with removal/re-erection.For this we were very grateful.We have recommended him to several colleagues,two of whom have retained his services for jobs larger than ours. One observation,ensure emails are checked first thing,Norman is often working late to ensure his client has the most up to date information. As renovations continue,our first port of call will be to Norman. In summary the service was competitive,efficient,informed,informative and the work was to a very high standard.Thank you Norman & your team, please pass on our details for references/site visits for future clients.

Very professional company, this was the first company we got out and had lots of other people after. We went back to them, Steven the initial guy we spoke to was very nice and NO hard sell which is what we got from lots of other and believe me that was all we got. He came in measured up told us about the company and what materials they used and then had a chat with a lovely lady called Sharon, they then emailed the quote through. They were not the cheapest but still was at a reasonable price, just had a good feeling from the start. Windows and doors have now been fitted and they are fab. So glad we chose to go with Westview windows. All the staff including fitters were really professional and polite and cleared all they mess and debris as they went. All interior and exterior work carried out to a very high standard and superb finish. Very approachable and willing to help as I changed my mind about the style I wanted before the manufacturing process began and that was also fine. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Thanks

Mick of Moor Joinery recently completed two jobs for us ,replacing the stair rails ,and replacing our kitchen door- and drawer- fronts .He also fitted a breakfast bar and made a housing for the microwave .We could not have wished for a better man for the job .He was helpful reliable prompt hard-working , and completed the work cheerfully and fast .his charges were very competitive and we recommend him thoroughly . We were very happy with the work carried out by Dan and Ben. They coordinated with the door fitter who was arriving on site the following week to make sure they understood exactly what was required and then worked to those specifications. We would happily hire them again.

Mel has just completed repair work and painting to the front of my house. Mel is the first builder I have met who uses email alongside the telephone and in person to communicate about the work. As a busy, working mum this has been very helpful, he has emailed about materials, progress and suggestions. He has been mindful of cost and checked things out with me whilst ensuring that the job has been completed competently and thoroughly. I have been pleased with the completed project and will use Mel in the future. He is a friendly and competent tradesman and I would recommend him to a friend.

Joe provided a very quick response to my ad on mybuilder.com and a price that was very reasonable for the work carried out. When he came round to complete the quote he was very helpful in providing us with advice that we hadn't considered and provided a more suitable alternative to what we were previously thinking about doing whilst at the same time saving us money.
On the day of the job Joe arrived on time and completed the work to a very high standard and exceeded our expectation. We are very pleased with the work completed. He also left the room exceptionally clean and tidy bearing in mind the amount of upheaval required in the process.
We will definitely use Joe Pring again in the future for any further jobs we need doing and would highly recommend him.

Svetoslav has removed an old over bath shower screen and fitted a replacement. He was prompt, helpful and cleared up after he had finished, including removing the limescale build up round the old screen fixing. I have also accepted his quotation to come back and do some decorating. I am sure we will be using him again for all those little jobs that seem to crop up. Definitely recommend.

I am very pleased that I chose Simply flooring to do the laminate flooring and carpet fitting. I have got a good quote regarding the material and fitting.
The communication with Jenny was excellent and very fast, she was very helpful with everything especially by choosing the beading and also very fast answering my questions.

Jack did a great job with the laminate and he was very nice to come many times to solve some issues I was not happy about. Simply flooring didn't leave my job until I was 100% satisfied which I really appreciate.

I already recommended them to my friend, who is going to change the carpet of her house and hopefully she will contact them soon :)

Really pleased with work done by Carl , gave us a really good quote and recommended best place for extractor fan. Carl arrived on time and was really clean and tidy . Would highly recommended Carl and will be using again in the future .

Dean was a pleasure to have around the house and a top man. I've got a number of properties and Dean will be re-furbing the bathrooms on all of them in the future. He won't cut corners, he listens to the customer and will do his absolute best to give you what you want or make suggestions if he thinks it can be done better. I've told him his prices need to be higher as he delivers a quality that is way above the charge. The bathroom now looks like it should be on MTV Cribs and I love sitting in the bath watching the football. I can't recommend him enough.

Very pleased with my floor, found Karl to be very friendly and reliable. I would certainly recommend him and all for a good fair price too!

Horace gets my absolute recommendation, he is professional, meticulous and thorough while being jovial and courteous. He was quick to give me a quote on the telephone and came round first thing next morning to install a double socket. His work was very neat and he tidied up and checked everything thoroughly before leaving. I would have no hesitation using Horace again. Thank you for an excellent job.
