Extension at the rear of the property
Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 2.53 PM
Hi, I am buying a property where there is no extension and I have plans to build an extension with kitchen but in one of the searches it has been noticed that there is a drainage at the back of the property i am buying. I did ask my solicitor is that a drain or sewer but he doesn't know. I have got a map where there are some red dots along the boundary of house and also there are some blue dots. Does anyone aware of what these red and blue dots are in that DWS CON29DW map ? Will there be a possibility of getting planning permission to build an extension (I don't want a big extension but the one which one can built without planning permission in general case is OK, i think it is 3metres). Do I need to go to Thames water for planning permission or council, any advice ? I have a map with me but I cant paste it here otherwise my description here will make more sense. Thanks for your reply SBS. I have mailed to thames water for more info on that map, so lets see wht they come back.
