He did two jobs for me... as he was getting on well with the first. I would say erring on positive... let's put it like this... I'm a nightmare client i've Insanely high expectation that change... a nightmare. I think he did a pretty good job overall and managed me well. Bathroom... I had a very complex high-end Bathroom installation (plinths , hidden lighting, heated floor/ mirrors, bespoke cupboards with electrics inside etc) in a very restrictive space. Yanko project managed, Serge installed. Serge is a very hard diligent worker does a very good job although doesn't use his common sense sometimes so you do have to push him to do it the right way to ensure that you get what you want. But having said that they do a good job at the end. Few glitches repaired well. I now have a frikkin' nice bathroom. Boiler and replumbing.. Average job. Boiler installed and plumbing completed ... He did end up ripping out a cupboard without consulting me which pissed me off. could have been better. In general mostly competitive price but watch them to ensure that they do it your way.

The WestBuild team have recently completed an excellent piece of work for me - bathroom and utility renovation, floor laying, kitchen refurbishment. I take pride in attention to detail, and delivery commitment and WestBuild delivered on both counts. They have excellent product knowledge, a wealth of experience, are good value and are ready to honestly suggest/ discuss practical points with no hint of bias or hidden agenda. They also go about their work with enthusiasm and good humour, clean up after themselves, and are 100% trustworthy. I would not hesitate to use them again. Limehouse Minimalist

Lyubomyr and his guys were brilliant. They finished the job to a high standard without us having to do a snagging list, they turned up on time every day and they were very friendly and respectful. It didn't feel uncomfortable having them in the house with us and we had no qualms about leaving them there alone. Lyubomyr's quote was competitive but he didn't do things on the cheap. I don't have a bad word to say about them and I'd definitely use them again.

Lyubomyr was great. From the outset he offered suggestions and advice on aspects of the bathroom refurbishment and gave a very detailed reasonable estimate. We supplied all materials and Lyubomyr supplied the expertise and labour. The work done by all the team was meticulous and swift. Everyone was polite and unobtrusive which made the whole family feel very comfortable having them around. We were consulted if decisions had to be made which was really useful and everyone could not have been more considerate with cleaning up and ensuring the work was of the highest standard. The final bill had no unforeseen additions and we were extremely happy with the finished result. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lyubomyr and West Build and would definitely use them again with any future work.

Lyubomyr and his team did a fantastic job renovating my bathroom. He is friendly, timely, efficient, knowledgable and very helpful. He gave an honest appraisal of the work and had great suggestions as well. He and his team were neat and tidy, and worked consistently to get the job done in good time and within budget. He is completely trustworthy - as I work full-time and live alone I was unable to take time off to let him in and out - but I gave him a set of keys and the house was kept in perfect order. I cannot recommend Lyubomyr highly enough. The finish and attention to detail was exquisite. It looks beautiful and I love my new bathroom. I will not hesitate to engage him and his team again when I do further work on the house. Thank you for a wonderful job well done, to a high standard, and for being thorough and professional at all times. I was a bit unsure at first with all the scare stories of rogue traders, but they did a great job in the end. The issues encountered on the job were resolved without fuss, the workmanship was of very good quality, and I will definitely be looking them up for my next job.

Lyubomyr and his team have been really great. Despite the supplier letting us down with fixings that then took 7 working days to come, he worked around this without any complaint. Due to the delivery there was four days where no work could be done, but Lyubomyr stayed calm and we are really pleased with the beautiful result. When I have more work I would get these guys in without hesitation

Did a great job of bathroom refurbishment. Helpful, hard-working and positive. And most-importantly, done on time and on budget. Lyobomyr and his team always turned up on time, and dealt with any concern swiftly. Would certainly use again.
