Fantastic Service, Big Job completed Successfully. London E8
Sev and his team have recently completed a flat conversion for us (1bedroom flat converted to 2 bed) and complete - full renovation, everything was replaced.
Sev and his team stripped the flat to its bare shell and installed: New solid oak and carpet floors, new bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles, marble floor and designer fittings, new bespoke kitchen, new plumbing & piping, new electrics, converting the old kitchen into a bedroom, complete decorating, removed a door and frame, and much, much more.
I was especially impressed from the start that Sev did not require any money upfront to start the job, that is always the sign of a good builder which is what gave me the confidence to choose him, we paid half the contracted amount half way through the job and half when everything was finished. Sev's pricing is very competitive, it was one of the best quotes I received.
Timescale was meant to be 4 weeks but the job was delayed by nearly two weeks as the designer bathroom wasn't delivered on time, Sev was very diplomatic about the delay and did not complain.
Conclusion:
Good, honest, flexible service. I've already recommended Sev to a friend who is looking to book him for a renovation.
I would recommend Sev and his team to anyone for any building job, he has shown capability and great efficiency and I will most certainly be using him again.Mario. London.
