Work History

We have over 25 years of time served experience in designing, managing and completing from the planning stage many Extensions, Loft Conversions, Refurbishments, Alteration works, Renovations conversions and new builds of detached architect designed properties in the Brighton area in conjunction with local Building Control and planning officers. We have also worked in conjunction with council run projects in the Brighton area and also other local councils.

We pride ourselves in our quality of workmanship throughout the build and high quality finish having also worked on award winning projects in the local area.

The bualk of our work since established is from recommendation with domestic clients providing a complete building service for alterations and additions to clients properties. We usually work on domestic clients houses, flats and bungalows but have also completed many refurbishments, restorations and conversions of period grade I, Grade II and Grade II * listed buildings including many public houses. We have also converted a de-listed Oast house into 4 separate houses.

We have close ties with many local professional tradesmen and have worked in conjunction with and for local developers and other local building firms on both small and large domestic and commerciial projects.

We recently started a property maintenance service for small maintenance repair works which is doing well and can provide letting agency references.

All tradesmen CSCS registered and fully insured We are fully qualifed expert tradesmen in carpentry and joinery, groundwork and surveying, brickwork, plastering and rendering, structural work and decorating.
We also specialise in kitchen fitting and bathroom fitting.

We have a team of other fully qualified tradesmen and professionals in roofing, plumbing, electrics, lead work, boiler installations, architects and structural engineers when required to complete works to the highest standards required for any type of building project.

We have gained vast experience and depth of knowledge of all aspects of the building trade working over 25 years on both domestic and commercial projects. We have undertaken small jobs to managing upto 20 tradesmen on a new build site.
