Laminate £5.50 per sqm
Hardwood £12.00 per sqm
Nail Down Hardwood Installation £18.00 per sqm
Glue Down Hardwood Installation £22.00 per sqm
Engineered £8.50 sqm lock systems & £12 sqm Glue
Bamboo £8.50 sqm lock systems & £12 sqm Glue
Glue Down Bamboo Installation £22.00 per sqm
Parquet Wood Installation from £35.00 per sqm
Skirting Boards £5 per linear metre
Prices include preparation work, laying the underlay, installation of flooring and fitting of beading. We use our nails, sealant and glue.
Please note for small areas (hallways, landings, small bathroom and toilets) a minimum charge, different from the prices advertised, may apply.
There will be extra charge for moving furniture, cutting of doors, uplift of old flooring, and disposal of old flooring. This will be agreed prior to floor fitting.
Additionally, supply of all or some of the materials can be arranged and will be quoted for separately.
