Lay vinyl flooring to small bathroom - straight away

I have refrained from posting feedback to allow Alan an opportunity to remedy bulging vinyl flooring which he layed and which I was advised would disappear. Well it didn't. I've sent Alan several messages about this since and he hasn't bothered to get back. I'm sure Alan is great and probably he was having a 'bad day at the office' but at the end of the day what should have been a nice job was spoiled.

I have done jobs in the past for clients such as British Airways, Thames water and local councils. I am experienced in all forms of flooring such as carpets, wood, laminates and vinyls. For bigger jobs. I can put together a 3 man team.
