Tim was absolutely brilliant. He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. He was polite and courteous at all times. He was extremely tidy, and his communication was first class: I knew exactly 'where I was' at each stage. I can't recommend Tim highly enough.

Tim was extremely helpful, thorough and prompt. His advice was spot on and he carried out the installation of the new radiators throughout our house very well. We are delighted with the results and would recommend him without reservation. He also offers a range of skills making him very versatile in the services he provides.

Tim saved the day with our emergency burst pipe. Would definitely recommend him. He came round straight away, after 8 pm. He found and explained the problem to us, then soldered the pipes back together in a stronger join so they won't burst again. Thank you!

I had problems with some of the radiators not giving out enough heat, Tim came out very quickly and on time to assess the situation. He explained in easy to understand language the problem. He rebalanced the radiators and got them working on his first visit. On his subsequent visit he fitted a filter, carried out a power flush and cleaned out the water tank.All work was carried out to a high standard and at a reasonable charge. Would definitely use Tim again and recommend his friendly and easy to understand service.
