We found Tim to be very professional and reliable. He encountered some unexpected issues when re-plumbing our kitchen, including a carbon monoxide leak from our boiler and as well as a potentially serious electrical issue! Due to being qualified as both a plumber and electrician he was able to deal with those issues straight away for us. He gave us great advice on the best approach to solving the plumbing issues we were having, was hard working and the cost seemed reasonable to us. I would not hesitate to recommend him highly. A very good find, I'm sure we will be contacting him again in the future.

The job requested by us was to replace a worn out shower cubicle and tray. Tim managed this even though it wasn't straight forward. The shower cubicle proved an unusual design but Tim overcame the problems to give us a new up to date shower cubicle. His communication skills were impressive, as was his punctuality. This was very much appreciated. We would certainly call on Tim again and would definitely recommend him to others.

We had problems with our central heating and I had been told I would need a Heating engineer to flush the system. It was the week before Christmas when it got worse and Tim shuffled his appointments round so he could attend. Unconvinced by the advice I had been given, Tim persevered until he diagnosed the problem, a blocked pipe in the attic, which he managed to fix there and then.

Tim has worked on various projects at my home over the past couple years. Including boiler replacement, water cylinder replacement, electrical work, and plastering and various. I have always found him competent, trustfully and reliable with work carried out to the highest standard.

Tim did 2 jobs for me personally, 1) He did a service on my gas boiler in July, he works to an extremely high standard, is very competent, polite and truthful. He also clears everything up. 2) He repaired my toilet in August, and again i can't fault his workmanship. In both cases the work was completed extremely early and on budget. I will use Tim for all my future projects. Keep up the good work Tim.
