Work History

Thames Design & Build Ltd, primarily design and build residential extensions and refurbishments. However we also carry out new builds, smaller building works and commercial projects. We are based in Kingston Upon Thames and carry out work across South West London and North Surrey.

Qualifications & Accreditations

Thames Design & Build Ltd, can prepare and submit drawings on your behalf, for Building Regulation Approval and Planning Permission Approval. We also carry out the structural design. This negates the need for an Architect, which allows the design and build process to be more efficient. This is because there are no communication problems between designer and builder and only one point of contact for you, the client.

If however, you have already appointed an Architect/Designer and have plans prepared already, we are happy to build from these.

The bulk of our work is in the residential sector and covers new builds, extensions, conversions and refurbishments. However we do also take on commercial work and have significant experience in this sector.
