Sean came over quickly to quote. Did the work to an excellent standard. I would most definitely use again with no hesitation.

We hired Sean & team for the groundworks of large 50m2 timber frame outbuilding. This included: Ground clearing, Trenching and pouring of a strip foundation, soil removal (multiple tonnes!), Cable & duct runs (40m), water waste pipework and the laying of a brick & block plinth to support the timber frame building. Sean & team were prompt, courteous, trustworthy, knowledgeable, flexible (no problem with design changes due to unforeseen circumstances!), on price, easily contactable (answers the phone!) and worked hard to meet our demands. Would be very happy to recommend.

Sean has spent the last 3 days transforming our tired and shabby looking driveway. We are delighted with the the end result! Sean communicated well with us from the initial quote to job completion. He ia a hard worker, reliable and clearly very skilled and experienced in his trade. Thanks Sean we will be happy to recommend you to friends and family who may require this type of job.

Sean did a fantastic job and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough and professional Job. Our driveway is now totally transformed. Sean arrived on time and completed the job exactly as we asked. He took care of everything and dealt with issues as the arose with ease. We had complete confidence in his work and we are really happy with the final result.

Thank you so much Sean, 10 out of 10. What a Hero. This guy is a star, he volenteered himself and a work colleuge to help solve a major security problem for my daughter, free of charge. He errected a beautiful fence to the front of the house so that people waiting at the bus stop, right outsid her house could not sit on her wall and through rubbish into her gaarden. Also so that she is safe from strangers looking into her house etc. Within a few days of posting the job Sean had arranged with me when he would start the job. He arrived bright and early, got on with the job with a perfect result, a brand new fence which is also exactly like next door, which is what I hoped for. How lucky is my daughter. This guy has a good heart and soul , can be trusted and excellent work. Great to hire!!

I hired Sean to lay 32sq mtrs of decorative paving stones (4 different sized stones) He arrived on time and has done an excellent job. Part way through the job I asked him if he would lay another 5sq mtrs which he agreed to without hesitation. He also offered to re-lay a couple of cracked pavers on the driveway for free. I would not hesitate to contact S.T Kelliher Groundworks again if I needed further work doing.

!!!! I HAVE FAITH IN THE BUILDING TRADE !!!! I have just had a 5m x 5m Indian Stone patio completed by S.T Kelliher and and it looks amazing! On time, on budget and even brought innovation that i have never seen before in the form of a new grouting which has set rock hard and looks the business with NO stains! This guy is the one to go with and will put you at ease with his knowledge and work ethic. Thank you so muh for doing such a wonderful job. The Mrs is happy and her party on it went well. Thanks again boss. all the best with the move if you get it!

Sean arrived, gave me a quote, start date and i accepted. He soon arrived to do the job having reshuffled his work around to fit me in quickly. He worked solidly, carefully,proffesionally and efficiently and in just under 6 hours the job was complete.An amazing ramp for me to get in and out with ease, i cannot explain how much this means to my quality of life. Sean swept and cleaned up and removed all the rubbish/concrete/flags etc and left everything in pristine condition. He even put my new rotary clothes line up for me. I am so thrilled with the job and would like to thank Sean from the bottom of my heart. I will not hesitate to reccomend him to everyone i can, if you want a job doing perfectly and to a high standard then Sean is your man.

Sean and his team carried out a fencing job for me, installing concrete posts with gravel boards and wooden fence panels. They were polite and efficient, carried out the job quickly and to an extremely high standard. I would definitely use Sean again and recommend him to others.
