ceiling now nice and level ,another happy customer ....
bondin out theh bathroom ceiling ,customer already applied 2 layers of board and still gap around from half inch to 1,5 inch !!!

First day ,kind of disaster walls and ceiling affected from damp (leack from flat above), fungi ,mould etc...
wrong istalling of decking and wrong fall permitted the water to stay to the bottom of wall (damp inside ) and loose pointing (damp penetration ) ,
repoint the affetced area which previously create the damp penetration affecting the plaster inside (damp ,mould)
render on a single extension with lb sand ,drip bit and all edgeing ..this score 10 out of ten )
scratch coat applied on solid wall (waterproofer sikka applied on scratch ) tarpoline on the floor plus dust sheets ....proper job
