Initial service seemed very good and problem was diagnosed quickly and repair carried out at a reasonable price. However a couple of months later it became apparent that problem hadn't been solved resulting in further damage to interior of house. I contacted Steven who was initially responsive and promised to come and look at the problem, I've now waited 2 months in which time he been incredibly difficult to contact and despite several promises to attend hasn't been back to look at the job. It looks like I will now be forced to pay again to have this issue properley addressed.

Steven has given good advice on alternatives and he has done the job on a Sunday! Good price and very reliable. I can highly recommend him.

Really professional and great work

Stephen was a pleasure to deal with, polite and knew how to interpret my ideas into a reality. Scope of works agreed, site meeting on first day to agree plan of action. Five days later the room I wanted was a reality. Stevens strengths: Great can do attitude, communication and customer focus at the core. Will be using him again I'm sure.

Highly recommended, Steven responded quickly to my job post, was very prompt with a quote and carried out the work to a high level and made sure I was satisfied when finished. Job done, in just over an hour,( too early to say if it is waterproof but I think it will be this time) nice lad, told me exactly what he was doing and what was causing the leak got on with the job and it didn't cost a lot unlike the cowboy who did it the first,second,third and fourth time, such a relief to find someone you can trust my faith in human nature is restored.Thank you Steven and Thank you My builder.
