About Sjm_build

I am a local builder based in Benfleet Essex, with over 20 years experience of building work.

I was at college for 7 years, and have had my own business for over 15 years.

I am very reliable and have always worked on recommendation. A few pictures above show a before and after of rendering, and the brick wall around the property is also my work.

I specialise in windows, installation and repairs, and also rendering but cover over 15 trades.

Work History

I started out specialising in windows but realising I had a talent to put my hand to anything, within the building industry, I completed college courses whilst working alongside many good craftsmen. With their experience and attending these courses I learned other trades in the industry. Over the years I have built upon this training and increasingly find today that I am an "old school builder", who takes pride in his work and cares about the end result.
