Hired Ian after my last tradesman let me down and can highly recommend him. He is very helpful with his advice and did a great job. He has also gone on to quote further work for me now.

Mr Singleton helped us on a building project to re-render our house, he was extremely helpful, hard working and full of useful tips. He is reliable, likeable and i would recommend him for any job. The quality of his work was high and time and budget wise were spot on. Nothing was to much trouble for him and his rates are very competitive. I would have no worries in using his services in the future.

Mr Singleton is extremely efficient - working full days and even weekends to get the job done. We had 2 large extensions built, which were rendered outside and plastered inside to a high standard. Building control were very positive in their feedback of Mr Singleton's capabilities. The work was completed to budget - timescales slipped on the job done in Nov-10 due to the weather - the second extension was done in 3 weeks!! His local network ensure access to a range of skilled trades at the most competitive price. Mr Singleton is also safety conscious - arranging the worksite to accommodate our 2 young children. I would certainly recommend Mr Singelton, and plan to utilise his services again in future.
