We got there in the end. We were under a tight time frame and time keeping could have been better. Other than that Ben was an amiable guy, and we were happy with the job he and his team did for us.

Ben was very honest and explained that the rotten boards above my garage were caused by nothing other than a blocked gutter. So problem solved with no cost. I appreciated his honesty as he clearly isn’t a cowboy or crook.

Ben was professional and completed the work needed to a very high standard. We required a damp assessment and full damp proofing and renovation to one downstairs bedroom. Ben provided this service in good time and we are so happy, we have hired him for a complete bathroom refurbishment.

Job was done quick and professionally, despite it being a tricky spot behind pipes. Ben was very polite and on time. I would recommend him for any plaster/damp work.

Initially I invited to Ben to tender for some extensive external rendering and damp proofing throughout my Victorian house. Ben was quickly able to provide a competitive quote for these works, plus the rest of the refurbishment of my property, which included kitchen, bathroom and fireplace installations as well as windows, doors and additional rendering/plastering works. After reviewing several quotes Ben’s was clearly the most professional, comprehensive and competitive of all. Ben essentially project managed the entire project for me and had excellent trade contacts for all the work that I required. All the work was completed to a very high standard and to budget. Ben and his team are very professional and friendly. He is very approachable, easy to work with and adaptable to any challenges and changes . I would not recommend this company have had very poor service from them, substandard work and an ongoing dispute (going on 8 months now) to get the work redone to an acceptable standard.

The team arrived promptly on time and worked cleanly and effiiently, the end result is great, i would have no hesitation in using them again.

Ben has been great all the way through - guiding us, advising us, and he knows what he's talking about. He did a great job and we've no doubt that the damp proofing will work. The team are very quick workers and tidied up afterwards. Ben helped us to save money where we could with unrelated purchases and he was really personable. An all round happy customer!
